1. General
Mahira Select is the customer-facing brand operated by Mahira Enterprisess. By accessing or using the website, creating an account, placing an order or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies published on the website.
2. Website Use
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order or communicating with us.
3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, colours, descriptions, measurements, fabric characteristics and other product information accurately. Minor variations in colour, texture, print placement or appearance may occur because of lighting, photography, screen settings, fabric characteristics or manufacturing processes. Minor variations that do not materially affect the product will not ordinarily be treated as a defect.
4. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability. If an ordered product becomes unavailable due to an unforeseen issue, Mahira Select will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices and applicable charges may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and charges, where required, will be disclosed during the order or checkout process.
6. Orders and Payment
All orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. An order is considered successfully placed after successful payment and order confirmation.
7. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing time does not include transit time.
8. Cancellation
Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been completed, the customer cannot cancel the order through the website. Customers should carefully verify the product, quantity, variant and delivery details before completing payment, subject to any cancellation right that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary due to destination, courier operations, weather, holidays, remote locations and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please refer to the Shipping & Delivery Policy for further details.
10. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is not provided as a standard policy. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order weight and applicable shipping parameters.
11. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Mahira Select does not accept general returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, size preference, colour preference, design preference, ordering by mistake or any other reason unrelated to an eligible product issue, subject to applicable law. Returns, replacements, exchanges or refunds may be considered only for eligible claims involving a damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different or wrong product, subject to verification and the requirements in the Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy.
12. Mandatory Unboxing Video
Record before you open the parcel
For an eligible product claim, the customer must provide a continuous, clear and unedited 360-degree unboxing video. The recording should begin before opening the parcel and clearly show the outer package, all sides, shipping label, seals/condition, opening process and the complete product received. Claims without the required evidence may not be accepted, subject to applicable law.
13. Return Shipping
For an approved eligible return under the Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy, Mahira Select will bear the applicable return shipping cost, because the return is approved only after the claim is found eligible under our policy. This does not apply to unauthorised, non-eligible or change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Intellectual Property
Website content, brand elements, photographs, graphics, text and product descriptions are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.
15. Third-Party Services
The website may use third-party services such as payment gateways, courier/logistics providers, hosting providers, analytics providers and other technology services. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
16. Website Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website availability. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, security issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
17. Grievance Redressal
Customers may contact the Grievance Officer regarding complaints or concerns relating to the website, orders, products or services. 18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, limit, waive or restrict any consumer right, remedy, liability or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited, waived or restricted under applicable law. Where applicable law provides a greater or mandatory right, that law will prevail.
19. Policy Changes
Mahira Select may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be published on the website with an updated date. Continued use of the website after an update may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
