1. General
Mahira Select is the customer-facing brand operated by Mahira Enterprisess.
Mahira Select does not accept general returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, size preference, colour preference, design preference, ordering by mistake, product no longer wanted or any other reason unrelated to an eligible product issue, subject to applicable law. Returns, refunds and exchanges are considered only for eligible damaged, defective or wrong-product claims, subject to verification and applicable law.
2. No Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges merely because a customer changed their mind, ordered by mistake, selected a preferred colour/design/size or no longer wants the product, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
3. Eligible Claims
A return, replacement, exchange or refund may be considered only where the product delivered is damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different from the product ordered, or the wrong product/variant was supplied by Mahira Select. All claims are subject to verification and product availability.
4. Reporting Period – 24 Hours
Report within 24 hours
Any eligible damage, defect, wrong-product or materially-different-product issue must be reported within 24 hours from the recorded delivery date and time. Requests received after this period may not be accepted, subject to applicable law.
5. Mandatory 360-Degree Unboxing Video
Record before you open the parcel
A continuous, clear and completely unedited 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for an eligible claim. The recording should begin before opening the parcel and must clearly show all sides of the outer package, shipping label, seals/condition, opening process and the complete product received. The video must not contain cuts, edits, pauses that obscure the opening process or unexplained interruptions.
6. Evidence
The customer may be asked to provide the original unedited unboxing video, photographs, order details, shipping label and other reasonable information required to verify the claim.
7. Verification
All claims are subject to verification. Mahira Select may review the unboxing video, photographs/videos, order information, packaging, shipping information and product condition. Additional information may be requested where reasonably necessary.
8. Approved Claims and Resolution
If a claim is approved, Mahira Select will communicate the applicable resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, return and/or refund, depending on the nature of the issue, product availability and applicable law. Approval of a claim does not automatically guarantee a particular remedy where another lawful resolution is appropriate.
9. Return Shipping for Approved Claims
For an approved eligible return, Mahira Select will bear the applicable return shipping cost because the return is accepted under our eligible-claim rules. Customers should not send a product back without first contacting Mahira Select and receiving return instructions.
10. Refunds
Refunds are not provided for ordinary change-of-mind or non-eligible claims. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment/refund method after verification and completion of the required return process, subject to applicable law and the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.
11. Exchanges and Replacements
Exchanges or replacements are considered only for approved eligible damaged, defective, incorrect or materially-different product claims and depend on product availability. If the same product is unavailable, Mahira Select may provide another appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
12. Product Condition and Unauthorised Returns
Customers must not use, wash, alter, stain or otherwise damage a product after delivery and then claim it as a product defect. Products should not be returned without prior approval and return instructions from Mahira Select. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted, subject to applicable law.
13. Important Legal Provision
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right, remedy or protection that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Legal savings: Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, limit, waive or restrict any consumer right, remedy, liability or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited, waived or restricted under applicable law. Where applicable law provides a greater or mandatory right, that law will prevail.
