1. Payment
Mahira Select is the customer-facing brand operated by Mahira Enterprisess. All orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
2. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing time does not include transit time.
3. Dispatch and Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, PIN code, courier network, weather, holidays, remote locations and operational circumstances. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed dates.
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is not provided as a standard policy. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order weight and applicable shipping parameters. The applicable shipping charge will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, delivery address, PIN code and reachable mobile number. Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delivery delays, failed delivery or return-to-origin (RTO).
6. Tracking
Where tracking is available, shipment tracking information may be provided after dispatch through available communication channels such as email, SMS or WhatsApp, and/or through the courier tracking system.
7. Courier Delays
After handover to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier network. Delays may occur due to weather, natural events, festivals/public holidays, transportation disruptions, courier operational issues, remote-area restrictions or other circumstances beyond Mahira Select’s reasonable control. Mahira Select will reasonably assist with shipment-related issues reported to us.
8. Failed Delivery / RTO
If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect or incomplete, the customer refuses delivery, the customer cannot be contacted, or repeated delivery attempts fail, the courier may return the parcel to Mahira Select. Any re-dispatch or additional shipping charges arising from customer-attributable reasons may apply, subject to applicable law and any refund rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Damaged or Tampered Package
Before you open the parcel
Where possible, customers should document visible package damage or tampering before opening and should record the required continuous, clear and unedited 360-degree unboxing video from before opening the parcel. This evidence may be required for an eligible damage, defect or wrong-product claim.
10. Delivery Claims
Damage, defect, wrong-product or materially-different-product claims must be reported within 24 hours of the recorded delivery date and time and must satisfy the evidence and unboxing-video requirements in the Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy.
11. Delivery Confirmation
The courier delivery scan or status may be used as evidence of the delivery date and time for calculating the applicable 24-hour reporting period.
12. Delivery Partners
Mahira Select may use third-party courier/logistics providers based on destination, availability, serviceability and operational requirements.

14. Important Legal Provision
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, limit, waive or restrict any consumer right, remedy, liability or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited, waived or restricted under applicable law. Where applicable law provides a greater or mandatory right, that law will prevail.
