1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Innerwear
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number along with clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
Products may be exchanged for the same item (subject to availability) if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
